Colored sand art is a fantastic project for all ages, but let's face it . . . it can be messy! Thanks to ACTÍVA's adhesive boards, much of that sand art mess is now eliminated!
These boards give you a simple way to get colorful and textured artwork in a matter of minutes. Here's what you need to re-create this project:
- 5x7" Blank Adhesive Board
- 4 colors of Decor Sand (colors of your choice. Here we used Yellow, Pink, Turquoise, and Bermuda Blue)
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Plate or tray
Step One: Using the ruler, draw lines every 1.75".
Step Two: Peel the paper and fold it in to the first line. Sprinkle sand and rub with your finger. Shake off excess sand.
Step Three: Repeat these steps with the other two colors.
Step Four: Place small amounts of the four colors of Decor Sand on the plate and mix them together. Then press the board in the sand and shake off the excess.
