Make a fish mobile using CelluClay™ Papier Mache and recycled materials!
We know how challenging it is to create a lesson plan that’s educational, fun, creative and affordable. This project not only achieves those school requirements but it’s also versatile and can be adapted to any shape! Feel free to adapt this project to the level of complexity that works best for your classroom. Since 1959, ACTÍVA® CelluClay™ Papier Mache has been a loyal companion of many teachers, being a key through the creative process of making a sculpture for any level. CelluClay™ Instant Papier Mache is made of 100% recycled paper and is easy to clean up with soap and water. With one bag of ACTÍVA® CelluClay™ Papier Mache 5 lb. You can make up to 13 fishes (1 cup, 6-8 oz per project).
Mix 1 cup of CelluClay with ½ cup of warm water inside of the ziploc bag.
Knead the mixture with fingers or a roller until it reaches the consistency of clay.
Draw, cut and tape the fins to the plastic bottle.
Start applying CelluClay to the water bottle and the fins by using an Activ-tool or your fingers.
