Summer is here and the plants are taking over! You can use all those spare
leaves to create a leaf imprinted bowl of your choice. This quick and easy
project used an elephants ear leaf and some Plus air drying clay.
Select the leaf of your choice looking for the size and shape you prefer.
Roll out some Plus Air dry clay to around 1/4 of an inch thick and place
the leaf on top. Roll your clay roller or rolling pin over the top of the leaf
so that the leaf imprints onto the clay.
Cut around the imprinted clay to obtain your desired bowl shape
Either with your fingers or a tool smooth around the edges
with some water. Place the clay into a bowl to get a curved

Leave to dry completely. Sand around the edges if required.
Paint you bowl with your choice of paint and finishes.
Designer and blogger Cindy Cima has just posted a new air dry clay
project to make an Alice in Wonderland inspired clock pendant necklace.
The pendant was made using Heart Clay which is soft and easy to use.

One project to make 3 very different styles of D.I.Y. cuff bracelets with
air drying clay. This wonderful craft jewelry project uses Modena soft clay
which is very soft and pliable with a degree of flexibility and is also light weight.
It is Bright white and translucent. You can knead Acrylic paint in to tint clay.
Acrylic paint and varnishes are acceptable for finishes and has minimal
shrinkage and cracking. All the features of Modena Soft make it a wonderful
clay for making jewelry with no baking required!

and is wonderful for making fun miniatures. Acrylic paint can be added to the clay
prior to it hardening so you add any color you like. Hearty clay is also suitable for
